摘要
针对航空航天领域中高精度、高转速光电轴角编码器的性能检测问题,设计了一种基于航天级光电编码器的快速地检系统显示功能。系统可同时对多台光电编码器信号进行采集、处理、通信和显示,以DSP+CPLD为核心处理模块,CPLD控制高速A/D对光电编码器信号的采集与粗码数据锁存,DSP负责处理编码器精粗码信号和数据通讯与显示功能。经处理过的数据信息由自定义的通信接口通过双口RAM进行传输,利用外部按键控制LCD分别显示出从RAM中读取的每台编码器二进制和度分秒形式的角度位置信息。实验结果表明,该系统可同时处理多台编码器信号数据,并实现数据传输通信和显示功能,实时性好,可视性强,并且系统显示功能还可进一步扩展。
        Aiming at the problem of performance testing about high-precision and high-speed optical shaft encoder in the field of aerospace,the function of display in rapid detection system based on aerospace photoelectric encoder was designed.The system could simultaneously complete acquisition,processing,communication and display of multiple optical encoders.DSP + CPLD was core processing module.CPLD controlled the high-speed A/D to complete photoelectric encoder signal acquisition and data latches coarse code.DSP was responsible for the completion of processing crude code and precise code encoder signal,data communication and display.The data information of processed was transmitted by the dual port RAM in the customize communication interfaces.Each of the encoder reading from RAM about the angular position in binary and degrees,minutes,seconds form were displayed in the LCD screen by external buttons controlling.The results show that the system can handle data signal of multiple encoders,data transmission and display.The system is good real-time and strong visibility.Display function of system can be further expanded.
