摘要
随着时代的进步,科学的不断发展,船舶越来越趋向大型化、高端化,因而对船舶轮机的要求也越来越高。船舶轮机的硬件设备在逐渐提高、趋向自动化的同时,也使得我们对轮机管理的关注越来越多。现阶段,因轮机管理不当造成的事故仍在我们生活中上演,因此提高轮机管理工作效率和质量迫在眉睫。文章中,笔者分析和研究了5S在轮机管理中的应用,以期能够在今后轮机管理工作中有所帮助。
        With the progress of the times and the continuous development of science, ships are becoming more and more large-scale and high-end. Therefore, the requirements for marine engines are becoming higher and higher. With the gradual improvement and automation of marine engine hardware, more and more attention has been paid to marine engine management. At present, accidents caused by improper management of marine engines are still happening in our lives, so it is urgent to improve the efficiency and quality of marine engine management. In this paper, the author analyzes and studies the application of 5 S in marine engineering management, in order to help the future marine engineering management.
