旋转错流式膜反应器处理船舶含油污水研究

摘要
某船舶污水处理厂经简单隔油后的船舶含油废水,通过旋转错流式超滤膜分离一体化设备进行深度处理,对旋转错流式膜技术在实际船舶含油废水处理的应用进行了研究。结果表明系统稳定后,当PAC用量为300 mg/L、PAM用量为0.5 mg/L、预混凝时间为20 min时,旋转式超滤膜分离一体化设备对含油污水的COD去除率达到91.12%。该旋转错流式超滤膜一体化设备适合处理船舶含油废水
        After simple oil-water separation,ship' s oily wastewater was treated with active cross-flow ultration membrane separation integration equipment,and the application of cross-flow membrane technology in the treatment of oily wastewater from ships was studied. The results showed that when the system was stable,the dosage of PAC was300 mg/L,PAM dosage was 0. 5 mg/L,the preconditioned time was 20 min. The COD removal rate of equipment of the oily wastewater was 91. 12%. The cross-flow ultrafiltration membrane integrated equipment is suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater from ships.
