摘要
船舶避碰过程会生成大量的不确定信息,扰乱船舶重新起航的数据使用,传统不确定信息消除算法能去除粗糙集数据以外的不确定信息,针对粗糙集内的不确定信息无法去除,为此提出船舶避碰过程不确定信息消除算法。利用多属性标定不确定信息范围,设置定义计算对不确定信息进行标定,使用比值计算形式去除不确定信息中的粗糙集数据,通过差值计算去除以标定的不确定信息,实现船舶避碰过程不确定信息消除。实验数据表明,设计的不确定信息消除算法比传统消除算法的去除能力要强,并且能够去除粗糙集中不确定信息。
Ship collision avoidance process generates a lot of uncertain information, disrupt the ship set sail again data is used, traditional elimination algorithm can remove the uncertain information of uncertain information, rough set data accidental cannot remove uncertain information, rough set for this during the process of eliminate the uncertain information of ship collision avoidance algorithm. Using multiple attribute calibration uncertainty information, set defined calibration, calculation of uncertainty information to use ratio calculation form to get rid of rough sets data of uncertain information, remove by differential calculation with calibration uncertainty information, realize the process of ship collision avoidance eliminate the uncertain information. The experimental data show that the algorithm is better than the traditional elimination algorithm, and can remove the uncertain information.
