As ocean shipping plays an increasingly important role in the global economy, the number and tonnage of shipping is increasing year by year. The ship shelter system is one of the necessary conditions to ensure the ship's safe transportation. Is proposed in this paper on the basis of combining the traditional AIS a ship collision avoidance system based on high-speed infrared distance sensor, designed the system structure diagram based on DSP2812, designing the hardware circuit of the system, and finally to experiment to calibrate the system. The measurement accuracy of the system can reach 2 m,and it has its own adjustment platform, which can adjust the direction of measurement, with the advantages of low cost, convenient use and good stability.
