摘要
在潍坊港航道疏浚拓建施工中,工程船舶与进出港商船之间极易产生冲突,需做好安全避让工作。结合潍坊港3.5万吨级航道工程具体施工部署和施工方法,借鉴以往类似工程经验,阐述施工船舶避让方法及措施,保证了工程安全及港区正常生产运营。
        During the dredging and expanding construction of the waterway in Weifang Port, it is easy to conflict between engineering ships and merchant ships for entering and leaving port, and need to make collision avoidance. Combined with the specific construction deployment and method of Weifang Port 35 000 ton waterway engineering, using the experience of previous similar projects for reference, we described the collision avoidance method and measures of engineering ships, which can ensure the engineering safety and the normal production operations in port area.
