摘要
目的:对1.5T核磁共振技术在膝关节损伤中的应用效果进行探讨。方法:研究对象为750例膝关节损伤患者,均为我院2017年10月—2018年10月所收治,均实施1.5T核磁共振技术,为研究观察组。同期另外750例膝关节损伤患者则实施CT检查,为研究参照组。就两组患者的临床检查情况以及诊断情况展开分析和数据对比。结果:(1)患者诊断率比较:观察组的确诊率与参照组相比更高,两组对比有统计学差异(P <0.05);(2)核磁共振影像学表现:T1WI加权处理显示韧带受损患者的信号特点为高低混合信号、低信号,T2WI加权处理显示信号特点为高信号。结论:对膝关节损伤患者实施1.5T核磁共振技术检查,诊断率较高,精确性好。
        Objective To investigate the application effect of 1.5 T MRI in knee joint injury.Methods A total of 750 patients with knee joint injuries were enrolled in our hospital from October 2017 to October 1818.All of them were treated with 1.5 T MRI.In the same period,another 750 patients with knee injury underwent CT examination for the study reference group.Analysis and data comparison were performed on the clinical examination and diagnosis of the two groups of patients.Results(1)Comparison of the diagnosis rate of the patients:the diagnosis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2) Magnetic resonance imaging findings:T1 WI weighted treatment showed.The signal characteristics of patients with ligament damage are high and low mixed signals,low signals,and T2 WI weighted processing shows that the signal characteristics are high signals.Conclusion 1.5 T nuclear magnetic resonance examination is performed on patients with knee joint injury,and the diagnosis rate is high and the accuracy is good.
