摘要
为了比较自然降温状态下杨树枝条抗寒性能指标的变化情况,探索出适合在北方地区大面积推广的抗寒性杨树品种,筛选辽育1号杨、新疆杨、84K、辽河杨等1年生扦插苗开展自然降温状态下枝条内渗透调节物质和酶活性变化的研究,结果表明:在1月份,各品种在自然降温状态下枝条内的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸等渗透调节物质的含量随着温度的降低而有所增加,随着温度的升高而有所降低,其中以辽育1号杨的增幅最明显,含量最高,降低幅度最为缓慢;过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶在降温状态下也表现出增加趋势,其中以辽育1号杨最为明显。辽育1号杨的抗寒能力最强,适合北方的自然低温条件。
        In order to compare the changes of cold resistance index in poplar branches under natural cooling conditions, the cold-resistant poplar varieties suitable for large-scale promotion in northern areas were explored. One-year-old Populus‘Liaoyu No.1',Populus bolleana,Populus ‘84 K',Populus ×Liaohenica Z. Wang et H. D. Chen were selected to study the changes of osmotic adjustment substances and enzyme activities in the branches under natural cooling conditions. Result shows that the content of osmotic adjustment substances such as soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline in the branches under natural cooling in crease with the decrease of temperature, and decrease with the increase of temperature. Among them, the increase of Populus‘Liaoyu No.1' is the most obvious, the highest content, the slowest decrease, and the activity of peroxidase & superoxide dismutase also show an increasing trend under the cooling state, among which Populus‘Liaoyu No.1' is the most obviously, it can be seen that Populus‘Liaoyu No.1' has the strongest cold resistance and is suitable for the natural low temperature conditions in the north.
