摘要
探讨汉麻纤维纺纱的关键技术。针对汉麻纤维受纤维处理和纺织加工技术限制以及在手感、外观等方面不能满足高端消费人群需求等方面的性能特点,对汉麻纤维处理、纺纱等关键技术和装置进行研究。研究结果表明:纺纱生产实现了细号汉麻混纺纱的技术突破,克服了传统麻类面料粗糙的外观缺陷,使面料设计时能够倾向于商务装和正装场合穿着,提升了产品的附加值。
        Key technology of hemp fiber spinning was discussed.In view of properties of hemp fiber,which was limited by fiber processing,textile processing technology and can not meet needs of high-end consumer groups in terms of hand feeling and appearance,key technologies and devices of hemp fiber processing and spinning were studied.The research results showed that technology breakthrough of spinning fine hemp blended yarn was realized,rough appearance defects of traditional hemp fabric was overcame.Fabric design was made to be worn in business and formal wear,which added value of product can be enhanced.
