摘要

积极心理学旨在运用科学的方法对幸福进行研究,倡导积极向上的心理取向,对人类潜在的能力、积极的心理品质、健康幸福的生活、和谐友善的社会发展进行研究。职业院校的思想政治课是大学生思想政治教育的主要途径,旨在培养大学生正确的人生观、价值观以及世界观。积极心理学与思政课的思想主张不谋而合,通过积极心理学引导思政课教学,可以从三个方面着手:培养积极情绪体验、培养积极人格特征、形成积极社会环境,从而为高职思政课教学展开提供有效途径。
        Positive psychology aims at using scientific methods to study happiness,advocating positive and upward psychological orientation,and studying human potential ability,positive psychological quality,healthy and happy life and harmonious and friendly social development. The ideological and political course in vocational colleges is the main way of college students' ideological and political education,aiming at cultivating college students' correct outlook on life,values and world. Positive psychology coincides with the ideological ideas of the ideological and political course. The ideological and political course teaching can be guided by positive psychology from three aspects: cultivating positive emotional experience,cultivating positive personality characteristics and forming a positive social environment,thus providing an effective way for the ideological and political course teaching in higher vocational colleges.
