雷晓琴从水血互因论治糖尿病黄斑水肿经验

摘要
糖尿病黄斑水肿可造成中心视力的丧失,是引起糖尿病患者视力下降的主要原因之一,为糖尿病患者眼部常见的并发症。导师雷晓琴主任医师从水血互因论的角度出发,认为糖尿病黄斑水肿的主要病机为肝肾阴虚,气滞血瘀,瘀水互结,治疗当遵补益肝肾、行气活血、祛湿利水之法,随证化裁,临床疗效显著。
Diabetic macular edema can cause loss of central vision,which is one of the main causes of impaired visual acuity in diabetic patients and a common ocular complication in diabetic patients. From the perspective of water and blood mutual cause,the chief physician of the tutor LEI Xiaoqin thinks that the main pathogenesis of diabetic macular edema is liver kidney Yin deficiency and stagnation of blood stasis. The treatment should follow the method of supplementing the liver and kidney,activating blood and eliminating dampness and removing water,and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
