生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血的疗效研究

摘要
目的探讨生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血的疗效。方法选取我院2017年—2018年消化内科和急诊科诊断应激性溃疡并伴有急性上消化道出血患者85例,随机分为观察组45例和对照组40例。2组患者均使用常规方法治疗,观察组在此基础上加用生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑,对照组加用艾司奥美拉唑治疗。比较2组患者疗效、心律、输血量、黑便及住院时间等指标。结果观察组有效率高于对照组,住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗3 d后心律、输血量及黑便例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗应激性溃疡上消化道出血的疗效优于单用艾司奥美拉唑,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of somatostatin combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in stress ulcers. Methods 85 cases of stress ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage diagnosed by gastrointestinal medicine and emergency department in our hospital from 2017 to 2018,They were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(40 cases). Two groups of patients were treated with conventional methods,The observation group was treated with somatostatin and esomeprazole,and the control group was treated with esomeprazole.The curative effect,heart rate,blood transfusion volume,blood stool and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results 1.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.2. after treatment for 3 days,the heart rate,blood transfusion and black stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Somatostatin combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of stress ulcer upper gastrointestinal bleeding is better than esomeprazole alone,Worth clinical promotion.
