腹针合中药离子导入治疗肩手综合征疗效观察

摘要
目的评价腹针配合中药离子导入治疗肩手综合征的临床疗效,为临床应用提供更多依据。方法将60例肩手综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例给予现代康复技术治疗,观察组30例则给予腹针合中药离子导入同时配合现代康复技术治疗,2组均治疗4周。对比2组治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、Barthel评分、临床症状评分及Brunnstrom分期评分变化以评估治疗有效性。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分和临床症状评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),2组治疗后FMA评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分、Barthel评分及Brunnstrom分期评分均显著提高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后VAS评分和临床症状评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),FMA评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分、Barthel评分及Brunnstrom分期评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论腹针配合中药离子导入治疗肩手综合征可有效缓解相关症状体征,改善肢体运动功能,并有助于提高生活质量。
Objective It is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome, and provide more evidence for clinical application. Methods Sixty patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 30 patients in the control group were treated with modern rehabilitation technology. 30 patients in the observation group were treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and modern rehabilitation technology. All the patients were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of scores of visual analogue pain score(VAS), Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA), World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement(WHOQOL-BREF) score, Barthel score, clinical symptom score and Brunnstrom staging score were compared before and after treatment in the two groups to assess the effectiveness of treatment. Results The VAS scores and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05), while the FMA scores, WHOQOL-BREF scores, Barthel scores and Brunnstrom staging scores were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05), and VAS scores and clinical symptom scores after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower,while the FMA scores, WHOQOL-BREF scores, Barthel scores and Brunnstrom staging scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis for shoulder-hand syndrome can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs, improve limb motor function, and help to improve the quality of life of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome.
