特色小镇发展要素供给结构的优化

摘要
特色小镇是中国改革开放以来继县域经济、开发区经济、产业聚集区之后的又一种经济地理形态,已经成为新时代国家乡村振兴战略实施的新载体与新平台。作为区域经济发展中以优势聚集而存在的一种特殊城镇化形态,每个特色小镇都有着特定的腹地作为支撑,并通过核心区域与腹地之间的要素流动,维持城镇不断聚集发展和向更高级的形态演进。特色小镇建设所需的土地、资金、空间布局等要素只有与其所处的社会文化相结合,充分发挥人的主观能动性,才能壮大区域经济力量;只有不断优化特色小镇要素供给结构,才能从根本上保证其健康持续发展。
The characteristic town is another economic geographic pattern following county economy, economic zone economy and industry cluster district since reform and opening up, having become a new carrier and platform for implementing national strategy of rural vitalization. As a special urbanization pattern characterized by advantage agglomeration in regional economic development,each characteristic town is supported by a central region. Through flow of elements between core area and central region, the town could build momentum for development and evolve into a higher pattern. All the developing elements, such the land, capital and spatial arrangement should be connected with social culture and people′ s subjective initiative should be mobilized so as to better develop regional economy. Only by keeping improving the element supply structure can healthy and sustainable development of characteristic towns be achieved.
