摘要
以磷矿石国家标准样品GBW07210和GB07211为试样,采用王水湿法消解和碱熔消解两种消解体系对国家标准样品进行前处理,消解后的溶液用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行测定。结果表明,湿法测定的结果中铝、硅的含量比标准值偏低,碱熔法测定的结果值均与标准值相吻合,更适宜磷矿石中磷、镁、铁、铝、硅的同时测定。用碱熔法对实际磷矿石样品进行重复6次测定,并做了加标回收实验,精密度为0. 22%~1. 59%,回收率为96%~116. 4%,该方法操作快捷,能够达到同时测定磷矿石中磷、镁、铁、铝、硅的分析要求。
Two national standard substances (GBW07210,GBW07211) were determined by ICP-AES after two different pretreatment methods,including aqua regia digestion and alkali fusion. The results of aluminum and silicon by wet digestion were lower than certified values. Meanwhile,the results of tested elements by alkali fusion were in agreement with certified values,which was suitable for determination of phosphorus,magnesium,iron,aluminum and silicon simultaneously. The determination of actual phosphate ore samples was repeated six times via alkali fusion,which indicated that the relative standard deviations were ranged from 0. 22% to 1. 59%,and the recoveries were ranged from 96% to 116. 4%. This method is simple to operate which can meet the determination of phosphorus,magnesium,iron,aluminum and silicon simultaneously in phosphate ores.
