摘要
针对极端工况下高危管道腐蚀的安全管理问题,通过基于风险的检验(RBI)技术方法和微量γ射线检测技术,将管道腐蚀风险算法与管道腐蚀在线监测技术相结合,实现了管道腐蚀风险的软测量;基于工业物联网,提出极端工况下管道腐蚀风险在线监测系统的基本框架,实现了石化流程工业中高风险管道腐蚀回路在极端工况下的风险在线监测。
        Focusing on safety management for high-risk pipelines corrosion in extreme working conditions,this paper combines the algorithm of corrosion risk with the on-line monitoring technology of pipeline corrosion by RBI(Risk-Based Inspection)technology and the trace amounts ofγ-ray detection technology to realize the soft measurement to corrosion risk.Based on the Internet of things technology in industrial field,the paper puts forward the basic framework of on-line monitoring system to risk of pipeline corrosion under the extreme working conditions,and realizes the on-line monitoring to the risk of high-risk corrosion circuit in the petroleum and petrochemical industry under extreme working conditions.
