某部2570名新兵个性特征研究

摘要
目的研究集训中期新兵的人格特征。方法整群抽取某部2570名新兵,进行艾森克成人个性问卷(EPQ)测试,评估人格结构特点。结果①某部新兵EPQ各因子原始分与全军常模比较,16～19岁和20～29岁两个年龄段新兵的内外向性因子分增高(P<0.01),神经质、精神质因子分降低(P<0.01);掩饰性因子分在20～29岁年龄段增高(P<0.05)、在16～19岁年龄段无差异。②某部新兵EPQ T分分布与全军常模比较,内外向呈正态分布,内向、外向型百分率增高(P<0.01);情绪稳定性呈偏态分布,稳定型百分率显著增高(P<0.01)。③低文化水平、单亲家庭、城镇来源、职业为非学生的新兵情绪稳定性差,病理性人格相对明显。结论某部新兵总体人格特征、结构良好,不同社会状况的新兵人格特征存在显著差异,入伍筛选、心理干预、管理训练中对不同群体应有所侧重。
Objective To investigate recruit′s personality characteristics during the middle basic military training.Methods Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ) was used to detect personality characteristics of 2570 recruits by cluster selection.Results ① At the age of 16-19 and 20-29,all the recruits′ personality scores of introversion-extroversion factor(E) were higher than those of PLA norm(P<0.01),but scores of neuroticism(N) and psychoticism factors(P) were lower(P<0.01);the concealing score of recruits at the age of 20-29 was higher than that of PLA norm(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in recruits at the age of 16-19.② the scores of introversion-extroversion(E) showed a normal distribution of recruits in one troops compared with those of PLA norm,and the percentage of introverted or extroverts personality was significantly raised(P<0.01);the score of emotions stability showed skewness distribution,and the number of stability was significantly raised(P<0.01).③The scores of pathological personality obviously increased in recruits with low level of education,single-parent family,lived in town,and the non-student occupation before joined the army.Conclusion The general personality characteristics and structure are good.There are significant differences in personality in recruits with different social status,so different recruits group should be given different attention according to personality characteristics in personnel screening,mental intervention and personnel training.
