摘要
使用流体仿真软件Flowmaster建立了某型汽轮发电机组滑油系统的模型,介绍了节流孔板模型的选用方法,通过设置滑油系统模型的边界条件对系统进行了仿真分析,获得了油路系统中由各元件引起的油压损失、润滑总管流量及各支管供油量配比情况。将模拟结果与试验测试结果进行对比,结果验证了该仿真方法的有效性和准确性,该方法可为导油路系统定量化设计提供参考。
The fluid simulation software Flowmaster is used to establish the model of a certain type of steam turbine generator set's lubrication system. The selection method of the restricion orifice model is introduced, and then the boundary conditions of the lubrication system model are set to simulate and analyze the system. The oil pressure loss caused by each component, the flow rate of the lubrication system's main pipe and the proportion of the oil supply in each branch pipe are obtained. The simulation results are compared with the experimental test results,and the results verify the validity and accuracy of the simulation method. This method can provide reference for the quantitative design of the oil guiding system.
