“一带一路”内陆主要节点城市国际竞争力比较研究

摘要
"一带一路"倡议为我国内陆节点城市提供了发展契机。通过建立国际竞争力评价指标体系,运用功效函数法,对重庆、武汉、成都、郑州、西安、长沙、合肥、兰州和西宁等9个内陆主要节点城市的国际竞争力进行评价分析,提出了建立外向型产业体系、构建多层次城市竞争力、创新国际贸易模式、加强节点城市间合作、优化外向型商务环境等提升国际竞争力的对策,形成内陆主要节点城市全方位、宽领域、多层次的对外开放格局,提升城市价值、城市国际地位和国际影响力,实现内陆主要节点城市的跨越式发展。
"The Belt and Road Initiative" has provided the inland cities of China with the opportunities of development. This article,by way of establishing an international competitiveness evaluation index system,applies the Efficacy Coefficient Method to have assessed the international competitiveness of nine major inland cities,i. e. :Chongqing,Wuhan,Chengdu,Zhengzhou,Xi'an,Changsha,Hefei,Lanzhou,and Xining,and suggests the following countermeasures as setting an outward-oriented industrial system,constructing multi-tier cities' competitiveness,innovating international trade models,strengthening cooperation among nodal cities and optimizing the exportoriented business environment,etc.,to promote international competitiveness to shape a full-scale,wide-area,multi-level opening pattern to promote value,status and international influence of the nodal cities to achieve leapfrog development.
