摘要
迪那气田自投产以来,在天然气闪蒸气回收和水合物抑制工艺中存在设备冗余问题,造成气田电能消耗量大。为了实现气田高效低能运行,结合长期生产运行经验和HYSYS软件模拟,有效地解决了电伴热装置冗余、空压机时序不合理、燃料气电加热器冗余、液化气和轻烃外输流程不合理等问题。经实践验证,迪那气田年节约电量高达297.16×104kWh,有效地提升了气田整体经济效益;同时,该气田所采取的多项节电改造措施对其他气田生产运行中的节能降耗具有借鉴意义。
        Energy saving and emission reduction is the eternal theme of the enterprise development. Since Dina gas field put into production, some equipment is redundant in the process of flash vapor recovery and hydrate inhibition, which causes large energy consumption. According to the long operation experience and HYSYS simulation results, the equipment operation was optimized mainly including the redundancy of the eclectic tracing system, the unreasonable time sequence of the air compressor, the redundancy of the electrical heating of the fuel gas and others. It is confirmed that the overall amount of electrical energy reached 297.16 × 104 KW · h in one year in the Dina gas field. It is of great importance to improve the economic benefit of the gas filed and provide technical guidance in other gas field production.
