原棉地膜异纤检测技术浅析

摘要
探讨原棉中地膜异纤的各类检测技术。介绍了地膜的各项物理特性,分析了红外线检测、超声波检测、透射偏振光检测和反射偏振光检测等4种现有地膜异纤检测技术的优缺点。结合国内光学器件加工水平及成本控制方面的考虑,并根据各类异纤机在实际使用中地膜清除效率,认为反射偏振光检测地膜技术是当前适用于国产异纤机的较佳方案。
        Various detection technologies for plastic film foreign fibers in raw cotton were discussed.Physical properties of plastic film were introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of four existing plastic film foreign fiber detection technologies were analyzed,such as infrared detection,ultrasonic detection,transmission polarization detection and reflected polarization detection.In combination with domestic optical device processing level and cost control considerations,according to plastic film removal efficiency of various foreign fiber machines in actual use,it is considered that reflected polarization detection plastic film technology is the best solution for domestically produced foreign fiber machines.
