摘要

为了适应当前市场上化学品安全要求和环境保护的新形势、支持2020年有害化学物质零排放的目标,对ETAD最近实施的染颜料产品更为严格的新版限制物质道德规范进行了解读,并与ZDHC的MRSL 1.1版作了比较。它们不仅对我国建立染颜料研究、生产、贸易和应用的安全技术规范起到积极作用,而且对我国染料工业的创新驱动和转型发展具有重要意义。
        In order to suit the current situation for safety requirements of chemicals and environmental protection and support the goal of zero discharge of hazardous chemicals by 2020, the new stricter moral standard of restricted substances for dyes and organic pigments to be carried into effect by ETAD recently was interpreted. Moreover, a comparison between the new stricter moral standard of restricted substances and MRSL V.1.1 of ZDHC was made. They played a positive role not only in the establishment of the safety technical standard of dyes and organic pigments in China(including research, production, trade and application), but also possessed an important significance for innovational drive and development transformation in the dyestuff industry of China.
