摘要
使用故障模式、影响和危害性分析方法,分解管路设计流程,列出各流程与管路腐蚀和"三漏"特性的相互关系,导出对应的故障模式,并进行影响分析,从而得出其严酷度等级,以此作为管路设计时进行防腐、防漏设计的参照和依据。
The method of Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis is used to decompose the pipeline design process and list the relationship between each process and pipeline corrosion and "three-leakage" characteristics. The corresponding failure mode is derived and the impact is analyzed. Thus, the severity grade can be obtained, which can be used as reference and basis for anti-corrosion and anti-leakage design in pipeline design.
