摘要
以潍坊电厂670 MW火电机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统改造完成的串联吸收塔为研究对象。在保证SO_2达标排放和设计脱硫效率的前提下,对4种运行方式的浆液循环泵能耗进行比对。得出不同循环泵运行方式下的用电和节能情况,以及不同入口SO_2浓度下区间最佳系统运行控制方式,以实现FGD的经济性运行。
In this paper, the series absorption tower of wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulphurization system of 670 MW thermal power plant in weifang power plant was studied. Under the premise of ensuring SO_2 standard emission and desulphurization efficiency design, the energy consumption of slurry circulating pump in four operation modes was compared. the power consumption and energy saving conditions of different circulation pump operation modes and the optimal operation control mode of the system with different SO_2 concentration at the inlet are obtained.In order to realize the economic operation of FGD.
