摘要
目的:确定复方红芪促睡眠颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法:以正交实验法优选复方红芪促睡眠颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺条件,以最佳提取工艺条件进行制剂工艺研究。结果:取处方量的复方红芪方中药,加10倍水煎煮3次,l.5 h/次,合并煎液,静置,滤过,煎煮浓缩至相对密度为1.25~1.30(60℃)的稠膏,减压干燥(70℃),得到干膏粉。干膏粉和糊精按1∶1.5混合均匀后以85%乙醇溶液为湿润剂制成颗粒,干燥,即得。结论:该制备方法简单可行,所得制剂质量稳定,可作为复方红芪促睡眠颗粒剂的制备工艺。
        Objective: To confirm the preparation process of compound Hong Qi(manyinflorescenced sweetvetch root) boosting-sleep granules. Methods: The best extraction conditions of compound Hong Qi boosting-sleep granules were optimized by orthogonal test, and the preparation technology was studied under the best extraction technology conditions. Results: The herbs were measured and selected according to compound Hong Qi prescription,after adding ten times water, the herbs were decocted for three times, 1.5 hours each time, decoction was merged,left to stand, filtrated, decocted to the thick paste in the relative density of 1.25~1.30(60℃), decompressed and dryied(70℃), to obtain dry paste powder. Dry paste powder and dextrine were mixed well in the ratio of 1: 1.5, and85% ethanol solution was taken as the wetting agent to granulate and dry. Conclusion: The preparation method, simple and feasible with stable preparations, could be used to produce compound Hong Qi boosting-sleep granules.
