摘要
利用高效液相色谱法同时测定芝麻饼肥中芝麻素和芝麻林素的含量。液相色谱条件为:流动相为甲醇水溶液(V_(甲醇)∶V_水=80∶20),流速1.0 m L/min,进样量5.0μL,柱温为室温,紫外检测器波长287 nm。检验结果表明:被测两峰完全分离,且峰形较好,芝麻素和芝麻林素均在1~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,R~2分别为1.000 0、0.999 9;该方法的精密度、重现性及准确度均较好,芝麻素平均回收率在98.2%~100.2%之间,芝麻林素平均回收率在96.7%~99.8%之间;样品提取液在2 h内稳定。芝麻饼肥中芝麻素和芝麻林素总含量为1.2~133.7 mg/100 g,芝麻素与芝麻林素含量比例为0.9~3.1。试验验证了高效液相色谱法同时测定芝麻饼肥中芝麻素、芝麻林素含量的可行性,为芝麻饼肥的质量检测提供了技术支持。
        The contents of sesamin and sesamolin in sesame cake fertilizer samples were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography at the same time. The determination conditions of high-performance liquid chromatography were as follows: methanol solution(V_(methanol)∶V_(water)=80 ∶20) as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0m L/min,injection volume 5.0 μL, column temperature room temperature, and UVD wavelength 287 nm.Results showed that the two tested peaks were separated completely and had good peak shapes; both the sesamin and sesamolin had good linear relationship within 1 to 100 μg/m L with correlation coefficients of 1.000 0 and0.999 9, respectively. The method had high precision, high repeatability and high accuracy; the average recoveries of sesamin and sesamolin were within 98.2% to 100.2% and 96.7% to 99.8%,respectively; and the sample extract was stable in two hours. The total content of sesamin and sesamolin in sesame cake fertilizer was1.2 to 133.7 mg/100 g,and the ratio of sesamin to sesamolin was 0.9 to 3.1. The experiments verified the feasibility of using high-performance liquid chromatography to determine sesamin and sesamolin in sesame cake fertilizer at the same time,thereby providing technical support for quality detection of sesame cake fertilizer.
