薄层色谱法(TLC)对益气健脾口服液中太子参成分的快速鉴别

摘要
为建立益气健脾口服液中太子参(Radix Pseudostellariae)成分的快速定性鉴别方法,采用薄层色谱法(TLC),基于样品与标准品对照,实现快速定性鉴别.研究了益气健脾口服液中太子参成分提取方法、展开剂、显色剂、观察方法、不同类型薄层色谱板、温度和湿度对结果的影响.结果表明:本法操作简单,具有速度快,分离效果和重现性好的优点,应用于益气健脾口服液中太子参成分的快速定性鉴别,可加强对益气健脾口服液的质量控制.
Thin-layer Chromatography(TLC) was applied to establish a method for rapid qualitative distinguishment of radix pseudostellariae of Yiqi Jianpi oral liquid by a comparison of sample and radix pseudostellariae standard under the light. The effects of extraction methods, developing solvent choices, chromogenic reagent choices, observations methods, different types of TLC paltes, temperature and humidity on the results of radix pseudostellariae of Yiqi Jianpi oral liquid were discussed. Results reveal this method was simple and effective,and the reproducibility of thin layer chromatography was good and can be used in the rapid distinguishment of radix pseudostellariae of Yiqi Jianpi oral liquid, which will strengthen supervision and inspection of Yiqi Jianpi oral liquid.
