芦荟在烧伤创面应用的研究进展

摘要
芦荟具有消炎杀菌、吸热消肿、软化皮肤、扶养细胞活力的功能,除对烧伤的伤口有促愈合作用外,还有抗炎和免疫调节等作用,常作为治疗各种烧伤的理想药品。本研究对芦荟提取物中各种有效成分之间的作用关系及其作用机制进行总结、归纳、整理,为其在临床上应用提供依据。
Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory sterilization,endothermic detumescence,soften the skin,bring up the function of the cell vitality. Laboratory studies show that aloe except to promote healing of burn wounds with,and anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effect,so often used as an ideal drug for the treatment of various kinds of burns. But the role of the relationship between all kinds of effective components in extract and their mechanism is still unclear. The authors summarized and finishing,to provide the basis for its clinical application.
