研究不同检验方法对小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果

摘要
目的探析不同检验方法在小儿肺炎支原体感染检测中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年2月我院收治的45例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿为主要对象,所有患儿均接受快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测,对两种检测方法在不同年龄和不同病程患儿中的检测结果进行对比分析。结果微生物快速培养检测的肺炎支原体感染阳性检出率为71.11%,快速血清学检验的阳性率检出率为46.66%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2~2.5岁患儿,采用微生物培养检测阳性检出率明显高于快速血清学检验的阳性率;2.5~3岁患儿,两种检验方法的阳性检出率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);3~4岁患儿,快速血清学检验的阳性率明显高于微生物培养检测阳性检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病程在1周内患儿,微生物培养检测的阳性检出率明显高于快速血清学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病程超过1周患儿,快速血清学检验的阳性率明显高于微生物培养检测阳性检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎支原体感染检测中,快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测是两种诊断价值较高的检测方式,临床上可依据患儿的年龄、病程选择准确性更高的检测方式,以提高阳性检出率,为治疗方案的制定提供科学准确依据。
        Objective To explore the application of different test methods in the detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods 45 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the main subjects.All the children received rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test.The results of the two methods were compared in different ages and different course children.Results The positive rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was71.11,and the positive rate of rapid serological test was 46.66.The difference between the two groups was statistically significan(tP<0.05).The positive rate of microorganism culture test was significantly higher than that of rapid serological test.There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).The positive rate of rapid serological test was significantly higher than that of microorganism culture(P<0.05).The positive rate of microorganism culture was significantly higher than that of rapid serological test within 1 week,the difference was statistically significant,the course of disease was more than 1 week,the positive rate of microorganism culture was higher than that of rapid serological test.The positive rate of rapid serological test was significantly higher than that of microorganism culture.Conclusion In the detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,rapid serological test and microbiological rapid culture detection are two kinds of diagnostic methods with higher diagnostic value,which can be based on the age of children and higher accuracy in the course of disease selection,in order to improve the positive detection rate and provide a scientific and accurate basis for the formulation of the treatment scheme.
