摘要
结合工程实际,介绍了MCM柔性砖曲面施工方法在南方古民居立面改造项目中的应用,即充分利用MCM砖的可弯曲特点,在将柔性砖预弯曲后,加入A、B组黏结剂及石英砂,可直接将砖弯曲铺贴在外墙上。实践证明,该方法比传统瓷砖安全性更高,弯曲曲面更精细、美观,减少了硬质条砖的断砖工序,材料损耗率低,从而满足了绿色施工要求。
        Combined with the engineering practice,this paper introduces the MCM flexible brick surface construction method in the facade renovation project of ancient dwellings in south China.That is,by making full use of the flexibility of MCM bricks,the flexible bricks are pre-bended,added with group A and B binders and quartz sand and then directly paved on the external walls.The practice proves that this method is safer than traditional ceramic tiles,and the curved surface is more fine and beautiful,which reduces the breaking process of rigid strip tiles,lowers the material wastage rate,and meets the requirement of green construction.
