7种拌种剂对花生病害的防治效果及花生产量的影响

摘要
为评价不同拌种剂对花生病害的防治效果及对花生产量的影响,以花生"泉花551"为试验材料,通过开展多菌灵、噻呋酰胺、啶氧菌酯、戊唑醇、醚菌酯、百菌清、农用链霉素等7种拌种剂对花生拌种试验,测定并统计花生的出苗率、成苗率、发病率、发病指数及产量等指标,评价不同拌种剂对花生病害的防治效果。结果表明:戊唑醇、醚菌酯、百菌清处理的花生出苗率和成苗率均高于空白对照,且对花生叶斑病的发生有较好的控制效果,其中以醚菌酯处理的出苗率和成苗率最高,防控效果最好;噻呋酰胺、戊唑醇处理对花生锈病的发生有较好的控制效果;百菌清处理对花生的增产效果较好。试验结果为开发并筛选出安全高效环保型的花生拌种剂提供了理论和实践指导,提高了花生生产的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益。
        The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different seed dressing agents on peanut yield and diseases. Using peanut Quanhua 551 as test material,seven different seed dressing agents: carbendazim,thiafuramide,oxypoxystrobin,tebuconazole,kresoxim-methyl,chlorothalonil,and agricultural streptomycin,were selected for the experiments. The emergence rate,seedling formation rate,incidence rate,incidence index,and yield of peanuts were investigated to assess the effect of different seed dressing agents on peanut. The results showed that the emergence rate and seedling formation rate of peanuts treated with tebuconazole,kresoxim-methyl,and chlorothalonil were higher than those of the blank control,and had good control efficiency of peanut leaf spot disease. The emergence rate and seedling formation rate of peanuts treated with kresoxim-methyl were the highest,and the disease control efficiency of this agent was the best. Treatment with thiazolamide and tebuconazole showed better control of the flower rust disease;however,the efficiency of chlorothalonil treatment on peanut yield was better. The test results provide theoretical and practical guidelines for the development and screening of safe,efficient,and environment-friendly peanut seed dressing agents,which may enhance the economic,ecological,and social benefits of peanut production.
