摘要
借助Abaqus/Explicit模块研究轮胎结构设计参数对花纹槽沟(Groove Wander)横向力波动的影响。结果表明:轮胎花纹设计参数(形状、条数和类型)对横向力的影响较大;带束层设计参数(宽度)的影响较小;胎体帘布层和冠带层的结构参数几乎无影响。这为研发高性能花纹槽沟轮胎提供一定的参考。
        The effect of tire structure design parameters on the lateral force fluctuation of groove wander was investigated by using Abaqus/Explicit software. The results showed that,the tire tread pattern design parameters(shape,number and type)had a significant effect on the lateral force,the belt design parameter(width)had a small effect,and the carcass and cap design parameters had little effect. This study provided a reference for development of high performance tire.
