摘要
为探究金花茶(Camellia nitidissima)苗木的扦插繁殖技术,提高穗条资源的有效利用率,培育优质金花茶苗木,进行了不同生长调节剂的单叶单芽扦插以及不同插穗(单叶单芽与两叶两芽)的扦插试验。结果表明:3种生长调节剂中,R2(IBA 500 mg/L+NAA 200 mg/L)处理的单叶单芽插穗扦插效果最好,其生根率、1级不定根、根系效果指数均为最大。单叶单芽插穗生根率高达96.33%,比两叶两芽插穗生根率高29.66%。2种插穗类型扦插成活的苗木移栽18个月后,单叶单芽扦插苗保存率达到了100%,其扦插苗的地径、总鲜重、一级侧根数量以及主根粗显著大于两叶两芽扦插苗。今后在生产上可采用生长调节剂R2(500mg/LIBA+200mg/LNAA)处理单叶单芽插穗进行扦插繁殖。
        The experiment on the effects of different growth regulators on cuttings with single leaf and single bud and different cuttings with single-leaf single-bud and two-leaf two-bud was conducted in order to explore the cuttage propagation technology of Camellia nitidissima seedlings and improve the effective utilization rate of spike resources and cultivate high-quality C. nitidissima seedlings. Results showed that cuttings with singleleaf and single-bud treated with R2(500 mg/L IBA+200 mg/L NAA) had the best cutting effect,which rooting rate,first-order adventitious roots and root effect index were the highest. The rooting rate of cuttings with single-leaf and single-bud was 96.33%,which was 29.66% higher than that of cuttings with two-leaf and twobud. After 18 months of transplantation,the survival rate of cuttings with single-leaf and single-bud reached100%. The ground diameter,total fresh weight,number of primary lateral roots and the diameter of main roots of cuttings with single-leaf and single-bud were significantly larger than those of cuttings with two-leaf and two-bud. In the future,growth regulator R2(500 mg/L IBA+200 mg/L NAA) could be used for cuttings with single-leaf and single-bud propagation.
