摘要
针对有限元法中有关单元选择主要依赖分析人员的经验,缺乏客观性的问题,研究了其实体单元的选择策略。首先从有限元理论出发,分析各单元之间的差异,提出了节点势能的概念,并比较不同模型中节点势能的差异。同时在ANSYS中观察这种由于单元的差异带来的表现。然后对比了某地铁转向架构架试验中试验值和ANSYS中采用不同单元进行模拟的解,进而给出了实体单元的选择建议。
Because the element selection in the finete element method depends on the experience of the analyzers and it is lack of objectivity,this paper make a study of the strategy of selecting solid element. And then,according the finite element theoy,the difference amony all elements are analyzed and the concept of node potential energy is proposed,then,the difference of the node potential energy in the different models is compared. Meanwhile,the difference between different elements in ANSYS are observed.The selection strategy of the solid element is proposed by comparing the test value with the ANSYS solution of the metro bogie frame.
