裂解碳九馏分加氢工艺的优化研究

摘要
针对裂解碳九馏分的特性,对裂解碳九馏分加氢工艺进行了优化,采用了一种新型抗胶质高性能催化剂。裂解碳九馏分首先在脱重塔中脱除重组分,其余碳九馏分通过两段选择加氢反应器,发生加氢饱和和深度脱硫,得到溴价小于0.5g/100g,硫含量小于1mg/kg的加氢产物,进一步分离得到高品质芳烃溶剂油和汽、柴油调和油。优化后的工艺流程加氢性能稳定良好,氢气耗量低,产品结构合理多样,具有良好的经济效益。
        According to the characteristics of carcking C_9 fraction,a hydrogenation process of cracking C_9 fraction is optimized in this paper. A new type catalyst is adopted in the process,which is advantageous to colloid resistance and high performance. Heavy component is removed from cracking C_9 fraction by a de-heavy tower firstly. Then the raffinate is sent to two stage hydrogenation reactors,in where the raffinate is saturated and desulfurized. Bromine number of hydrogenated products is less than 0.5 g/100 g oil,while the concentration of sulfur components is less than 1 mg/kg. Furthermore,aromatic solvent oil and gasoline/diesel blending oil are separated by a hydrogenation product fractionator. With excellent hydrogenation perfermance,good stability,low hydrogen consumption,and reasonable product structure,the optimizied process promises good economy benefit.
