摘要
热转移印花网毯是印染行业的主要配件之一,现有市场产品普遍存在易变形、使用寿命短的问题,不仅造成印花质量变差,也使成本居高不下。为了提升热转移印花网毯的使用性能,分析研究了热转移印花网毯的失效原因,并从基布入手,通过多种材料的选配、结构设计和样品性能的对比,最终选定了芳砜纶与涤纶长丝交织的基布结构。采用该基布的网毯产品,高温收缩率小、耐温高、加工性优良、成本低廉,因此,该基布产品是一款非常实用的传统基布替代产品。
        Thermal transfer printing blanket is one of the main accessories in the printing and dyeing indus-try. The existing products are apt to be deformed and have a short service life, which not only results in poorprint quality but also high costs. In order to improve the performance of thermal transfer printing blanket,the failure reasons of thermal transfer printing blanket were analyzed. Starting from the base fabric, throughthe selection of a variety of materials, structural design and comparison of sample performance, the fabricstructure interwoven with PSA and PET filament was selected. The blanket adopting the base fabric hassmall high temperature shrinkage, high temperature resistant performance, good processability and low cost.Therefore, this base fabric is a well substitute of traditional base fabric.
