对高温硫化硅橡胶粘辊影响因素的研究

摘要
很多极性橡胶相对易粘辊,而非极性橡胶则较少出现粘辊现象。生胶的门尼粘度对混炼胶的开炼粘辊现象有较大影响,低门尼粘度极性橡胶更易出现粘辊现象;高门尼粘度非极性橡胶易出现弹性脱辊现象。而本实验中研究的高温硫化硅橡胶则为低门尼的高温硫化硅橡胶。本文通过实验发现混炼温度、填充剂的种类、填充剂粒径的大小、脱模剂、白炭黑的量和结构控制剂等因素对高温硫化硅橡胶粘辊的均有较大影响。
        Many polar rubbers are relatively easy to stick to rolls, while non-polar rubber is less likely to stick to rolls. The Mooney viscosity of raw rubber has a great influence on the roll sticking phenomena in the blend refining. Polar rubber with low Mooney viscosity is more likely to roll sticking phenomena, while non-polar rubber with high Mooney viscosity is prone to roll-off phenomena. The high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber studied in this experiment is low Mooney high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. It is found that the mixing temperature, the type of filler, the size of filler particle, the release agent, the amount of silica and the structure control agent all have a great influence on the high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber rollers.
