芳香化酶抑制剂治疗男性不育症的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨芳香化酶抑制剂治疗男性不育症的效果观察。方法随机选取50名我院接受治疗的男性不育症患者,所有患者均为2015年1月至2017年1月入院接受治疗,将其平均分为观察组与对照组,医护人员予以患者来曲唑治疗,观察组患者予以芳香化酶抑制剂治疗,实验研究期间,统计患者的各项数据,对比两组患者精子浓度、精子活力、FSH。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)各项数据差异具有统计学意义。结论对于男性不育症患者,让其接受芳香化酶抑制剂治疗,可有效促进患者疾病的好转,可在临床上进行推广,具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of aromatase inhibitors on male infertility. Methods A total of 50 male infertility patients treated in our hospital were randomly selected. All patients were admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017. They were divided into observation group and control group. The medical staff gave the patient a song. After azole treatment, the patients in the observation group were treated with aromatase inhibitors.During the experimental study, the data of the patients were counted, and the sperm concentration, sperm motility,and FSH were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The data were statistically significant. Conclusion For male infertility patients, treatment with aromatase inhibitors can effectively promote the improvement of patients' diseases and can be promoted clinically, which has very important clinical significance.
