摘要

醋酸纤维在所有化学纤维中,与真丝最相似。醋酸纤维面料弹性好,不起皱,尺寸稳定性好,染色性能优越,将其与羊毛纱交织,经后整理后,可用于高档休闲时装的制作。介绍了产品规格设计,并对主要生产工艺技术要点进行重点分析与阐述,详细说明了醋酸长丝纤维的络丝、并捻、定型及整经工艺。在此基础上,重点介绍了该面料在喷气织机上织造的生产工艺与技术。
        Of all chemical fibers, acetate fiber is the most similar to silk, and the fabric with acetate fiber has good elasticity, nowrinkle, good dimensional stability and excellent dyeing performance. The interwoven fabric of acetate fiber with wool yarn could be used inthe production of luxury casual fashion after finishing. The specification design of the product is introduced, the main technical points of theproduction process are mainly analyzed and expounded, and the winding, twisting, setting and warping of the acetate filament fiber aredescribed in detail. On the basis of this, the production technology and technology of the fabric on air-jet loom are introduced.
