远程医疗背景下政府、医院和患者三方博弈分析

摘要
目的:促进远程医疗推广,实现医疗资源下沉。方法:在远程医疗背景下,基于博弈理论,建立了"政府-医院-患者"三方博弈模型,并对该模型进行了分析和求解。结果:研究发现,提高社会福利,增大政府对患者和医院的支持力度,增加建设远程医疗项目的医院收益,降低医院建设成本,加大医院因患者投诉造成的损失,提升患者享受远程医疗服务获得的效用均能促进远程医疗的推广。建议:政府加大支持力度,扩大医疗保险范围,医院加强技术创新和宣传来促进远程医疗的推广。
Objective: To promote telemedicine and realize the sinking of medical resources. Methods: In the context of telemedi-cine, it established a government-hospital-patient tripartite game model based on game theory, which was analyzed and solved. Results: It was found that increasing social welfare, increasing government support for patients and hospitals, increasing hospital revenuefor building telemedicine projects, reducing hospital construction costs, increasing hospital losses due to complaints from patients andimproving patient utility could promote the promotion of telemedicine. Conclusion: It suggested that the government should enhancesupport and expand the coverage of medical insurance. The hospital should enhance the technology innovation and broadcast to pro-mote the telemedicine.
