摘要
随着生产技术的不断提高,汽车焊装车间的自动化和柔性化不断提高,随之而来的是防错技术应用的增加,但是对于生产自动化低下的柔性表调生产线,由于人员操作的重复性和不稳定性,防错技术尤为重要。文章主要从设计、制造与检测三个过程来探讨多车型柔性表调线的防错技术应用。
The body shop's flexibility and automation are continuously improved along with the continuous improvement of production technology. But in this case, the error-proof technology is very important for flexible final line, due to the final line with low automation and the instability by manual operation. This paper mainly discusses the application of error-proof technology from three stages of design, manufacture and inspection in final line for multi-type vehicle.
