试论卑惵及其治疗

摘要
文章就卑惵及其病因病机、治疗做了论述。文章指出,卑惵非如戴思恭及之后医家们所谓之血不足性怔忡类疾患,系癫、狂交作症之部分症状;相当于西医学分裂情感性精神病抑郁状态一组症状群。其病机多为心、肝气虚挟痰,治疗应以补心、肝气虚,化痰为主。文章还就卑惵之病情转变、演进及治疗原则做了叙述。正确认识卑惵之病因病机,厘清其病性,对临床辨治十分重要。
This article discusses the cause, pathogenesis and treatment of Bei Die. The article points out that Bei Die not as what DAI Si-gong and later physicians call blood deficiency disorder, which is part of the symptoms of epilepsy and madness,and is equivalent to a group of symptoms of schizophrenic emotional psychosis as well as depression in Western medicine.Most of its pathogenesis is heart, and Liver-qi deficiency with phlegm, and its treatment should mainly be to tonify heart, liver qi deficiency, dissipate phlegm. The article also describes the transformation, evolution and treatment principles of the Bei Die.It is very important for clinical differentiation and treatment to correctly understand the etiology and pathogenesis of Bei Die and clarify its pathogenicity.
