摘要

在前人研究成果基础上,结合南非"勘查结果、矿产资源量与矿产储量公开报告规范的应用和相关管理培训"的体会,作者分析了CRIRSCO及其模板内涵、作用,阐述了我国加入CRIRSCO的意义、条件、程序,介绍了南非的相关经验,澄清了对CRIRSCO的有关几点认识,提出了我国矿产资源储量管理相关制度改革的建议。
        Based on previous research achievements and the training experience on "Code for Public Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves and its application", the paper analyzes the nature and function of CRIRSCO and its template; provides the signi?cance, condition and procedure of China's entry into CRIRSCO; and introduces the related practice of South Africa. This paper also clari?es some opinions about CRIRSCO.Suggestions on the reform of mineral resources and reserves management system in China are put forward.
