摘要
随着马铃薯在世界上种植面积的扩大,与其相关的机械设备也得到了快速发展,从马铃薯播种到收获已经基本实现了机械化,但对马铃薯清选分选设备的效率与质量控制研究尚有欠缺且大部分理论研究仍处于实验室阶段。马铃薯在清选分选过程中接料斗的提升角度、一级分选装置的工作角度及二级清选装置的转速是影响马铃薯清选分选效率和破皮率的主要因素。通过理论计算、试验分析及ANSYS Workbench有限元软件动力学分析,对接料斗的提升角度、一级分选装置的工作角度和二级清选装置转速之间的关系进行优化,确定最佳参数组合,以此提高马铃薯清选分选效率,减少马铃薯破皮率和避免物料堆积现象。
With the expansion of potato planting area in the world that it developed the relevant mechanical equipment fast.Recently,the potato planting and harvesting have achieved mechanization,but the efficiency and quality of cleaning and sorting equipment of potato are not high and most of theoretical researches are still at the laboratory stage.In order to reduce the breaking rate of the potato cleaning machine and improve the efficiency of separation,the lifting angle of the receiving hopper,the working angle of the first stage sorting device and the speed of second stage cleaning roller of the machine of the potato cleaning machine were optimized and analyzed.And according to the theoretical calculations,test analysis and dynamic analysis by using ANSYS Workbench,analysis the relationship of three factors and get the best parameter combination.The sorting efficiency will be the best and rate of broken skin will be the lowest.It can improve the efficiency of cleaning and sorting,reduce the rate of broken skin and avoid the phenomenon of material accumulation.
