基于投入产出模型的湖南省内区域间经济联系分析

摘要
本文利用投入产出模型,分析了湖南省内四大区域13个产业的经济特征及其相互联系。结果表明,湖南省内各区域内部乘数效应较高,但区域间溢出效应和反馈效应比较低,区域间经济联系强度不够。长株潭经济相对较发达,但没有起到应有的带动作用,环洞庭湖、湘中南和大湘西三个区域间经济联系很弱,产业互补作用不够,必须大力推进省内产业转移、产业合作、财政支付转移、产业政策创新的举措促进全省区域经济协同发展。
Using the input-output model, this paper analyses the four regional economic characteristics and their economic interrelations in Hunan Province. The results show that the multiplier effect in each region inside is higher, but the spillover effect and feedback effect between regions are lower, and the economic links between regions are not close. Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan economy is relatively developed, but it has not played its due role as a driving force. The economic links among the three regions around Dongting Lake, central and southern Hunan and Western Hunan are weak, and the complementary role of industries is insufficient.We must vigorously promote industrial transfer, industrial cooperation, financial payment transfer and industrial policy innovation to promote the coordinated development of regional economy in Hunan Province.
