基于双芯片LED阵列辐照均匀的最大平坦照明距离探究

摘要
为了探究几何光学中用解析法求出斯派罗法则的准确性和LED阵列叠加的最大平坦照明距离与不同接收面面积、有效照明区间的关系。利用双芯片LED阵列进行光学模拟仿真,将辐照均值和标准差作为评价辐照均匀的参数。参考解析法得到的最大平坦照明距离,通过逐渐缩小搜索区间的方式得到实际中辐照均值较大,且标准差较小的最大平坦照明距离。结果表明:实际模拟得到的最大平坦照明距离与理论上存在偏差,但偏差的结果并不大。当接收面的面积增大时,辐照均匀性降低,最大平坦照明距离向中心处靠近。在接收面面积缩小时,辐照均匀较好,最大平坦照明距离向两头处靠近。不同有效照明区间下,有效照明区间增大时,照明面上接收到的光线数目较多,照度均值降低,标准差增大,在有效照明区域一定时,最大平坦照明距离处辐照均匀性最好。
        In order to investigate the accuracy of Spiro's rule in geometric optics and the relationship between the maximum flat illumination distance superimposed by the LED array and the different receiving areas and effective lighting intervals,the dual-chip LED arrays are used into optical simulation. The mean and standard deviation of irradiation are used as the evaluation of the irradiance. The maximum flat illumination distance is obtained by analytical method. By narrowing the search range,the maximum flat illumination distance with larger average irradiance and smaller standard deviation is obtained. The results show that there is the deviation between the maximum flat illumination distance obtained by the actual simulation and the theoretical deviation,but the deviation is not large. When the receiving area increases,the irradiation uniformity decreases and the maximum flat illumination distance is closing to the center.When the receiving area decreases,the irradiation uniformity increases and the maximum flat illumination distance is closing to the ends. In different effective illuminating areas,when the area increases,the received arrays increases,the illumination mean value decreases and the standard deviation increases. In the fixed illumination areas,the irradiation uniformity at the maximum flat illumination distance is the best.
