摘要
汽车空调系统是实现车内空气进行制冷、加热、换气和空气净化的装置。作用已是众所周知,随着人们对空调的需要越来越迫切,对汽车空调质量的要求也是越来越高。近年来整车售后反馈质量问题中空调类质量问题呈上升趋势,故汽车制造厂、汽车空调制造商及空调维修站都迫切汽车空调的相关知识。文章简述乘用车空调系"隐形"泄漏故障现象的原因及解决措施的探讨、以提高整车制造质量及整车售后质量。
        The automobile air conditioning system is a device that can cool, heat, ventilate and purge the air in a vehicle. The role is well known. As people's needs for air conditioning become more and more urgent, the requirements for the quality of automotive air conditioners are getting higher and higher. In recent years, the quality problems of air conditioners in the after-sales quality problems are on the rise. Therefore, automobile manufacturers, automobile air conditioner manufacturers and air-conditioning repair stations are all concerned about the knowledge of automobile air conditioners. This paper briefly describes the causes of the "invisible" leakage failure phenomenon of passenger car air conditioning system and discusses the solutions to improve the quality of vehicle manufacturing and the quality of after-sales.
