摘要
分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼钢各流程的脱硫能力,得出结论,炼钢流程硫含量经济性控制主要是控制铁水预脱硫和LF脱硫的成本。铁水预脱硫的目标值优化后脱硫成本降低0.8元/t铁,LF精炼炉的工艺优化后吨钢脱硫成本降低3.6元/t钢。
        The desulphurization ability of all technological processes during steelmaking process in Bayuquan Iron and Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. was analyzed. The analytical results show that economically controlling sulphur content during steelmaking process is mainly to control the cost of preliminary desulphuzation of hot metal and desulphurization of hot metal by ladle furnace. After the target values for predesulphurization of hot metal were optimized,the desulphurization cost is reduced by 0.8 yuan RMB per ton iron and the desulphurization cost is reduced by 3.6 yuan RMB per ton steel after the refining process by ladle furnace was optimized.
