摘要
分析了连铸中间包钢水温度控制的影响因素,通过采取优化钢水罐分类、制定合理的精炼钢水温度控制标准、优化生产组织节奏、改善中间包的保温效果及校正测温系统等措施后,中间包钢水温降在0.5~0.9℃/min的过程能力指数C_(pk)由0.46提高至0.85,因中间包钢水温度不达标造成连铸机拉速波动的频率由73罐/月降至12罐/月。
        The factors influencing of control measures for the temperature of molten steel in tundish during continuous casting were analyzed. After taking such measures as optimizing the classification of ladles, setting suitable control standards for refined molten steel, optimizing the production routine and production processes or procedures, improving the heat-preserving efficiency of molten steel in tundish and adjusting the temperature-measuring system, the process ca-pability index of molten steel in tundish for indicating the temperature falling in the range from 0.5 to 0.9 ℃ per minute was increased to 0.85 from 0.46, and therefore the fluctuation rate of the casting speed due to the temperature of molten steel in tundish which was not up to standards was decreased to 12 heats per month from 73 heats per month.
