摘要
主要分析了钢中氮含量对钒微合金S450J0-T热轧H型钢铸坯裂纹指数以及轧后表面裂纹的影响。结果表明,S450J0-T钢轧后腹板裂纹是由连铸坯上细小裂纹引起,并在轧制中扩展形成;降低钢中氮的质量分数在0.008%以下,可以保证S450J0-T钢的表面质量;通过工艺优化,可以使钢中氮的质量分数控制在0.007 1%,S450J0-T钢铸坯表面裂纹明显减少,轧材裂纹修磨率降低约22%。
Effect of nitrogen content on the billet crack index and surface crack of V microalloyed S450J0-T hot-rolled H-shaped steel was studied. Results showed that web cracks of hotrolled S450J0-T steel were caused by fine cracks which formed during the continuous casting,then extended in rolling process. The surface quality of S450J0-T steel could be ensured by reducing the mass fraction of nitrogen to up to 0. 008% in the steel. The mass fraction of nitrogen in the steel could be controlled up to 0. 007 1% by the process optimization,which made the surface crack of S450J0-T steel slab obviously less,and the rolling crack rate reduced by about 22%.
